Co-founder & President has 40+ years in Group Life Health, Dental & Disability field, including 15+ years with Phoenix Life & John Alden Life. 8 years in TPA management. 25+ years consulting experience, with emphasis on pro­gram development, operations & results analy­sis. Strong background in underwriting, product & rate development, reserving, loss expense analysis, administration, claims & sales management, contract writing and regulatory compliance. 10 years Stop Loss underwriting experience.

MARTIN J. LOUGHLIN, FSA, MAAA

Fellow of the Society of Actuaries since 1989. WILLIAM L. EBAUGH (1930-2018)

 Until his disability retirement in January, 2018, Bill was an integral member of the company. As Co-founder & Chairman of the Board, his 20+ years’ consulting experience, and 40+ years’ experience marketing Group Health and Life products to the brokerage community earned national recognition. His energy and enthusiasm are his lasting hallmark.
